Mpfer Há́y Kēä (/mpʰɜ̌ː/ /hɛ́iː/ [elusive] [apple]) is a subtropical Town located in the Seóvmbaw̄ä Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.

The name Mpfer Há́y Kēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Mpfer Há́y Kēä was founded by Trg̈mtëm Dyêgëgesm Tshênho, who was culturaly Goblin.

Mpfer Há́y Kēä was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1074, by Trg̈mtëm Dyêgëgesm Tshênho. The establishment of Mpfer Há́y Kēä was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Trg̈mtëm Dyêgëgesm Tshênho electing to pay people to resettle in Mpfer Há́y Kēä.

Mpfer Há́y Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mpfer Há́y Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Mpfer Há́y Kēä is buildings are built arround a single narrow cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Mpfer Há́y Kēä's frontieer-style defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

A look around Mpfer Há́y Kēä makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Mpfer Há́y Kēä's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
